Pie dough or puff pastry (8 oz, enough to wrap fully around your brie)
Canned cranberry sauce or another favorite jam
Brie wheel or triangle
Your favorite crackers (herb ones are delicious!)
Line a baking tray with parchment and pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Roll your pie dough out until it can fully encompass your brie, to about 2mm thick.
Spread cranberry sauce generously over the top of your brie wheel.
Carefully center the pie crust over the brie and enclose the brie in crust, pinching to seal on the bottom and removing excess.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust is lightly golden brown.
Serve immediately with crackers, while the brie is still molten and spreadable. It's still delicious the next day, cold!
